What is a Professional GCM?

Geriatric Care Managers are professionals with at minimum a degree in the field of human services (Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Nursing) or an equivalent background, who also are experienced in the delivery of services to elders and their families. GCMs are individuals dedicated to promoting the advancement of dignified care for older adults.

The goal of the Southeast Chapter for our clients is to help aging adults and their families obtain the assistance they need to maintain safety, dignity and quality of life. Professional Geriatric Care Managers have extensive knowledge regarding the costs, quality and availability of services in their communities.

The Southeast Chapter of NAPGCM serves older adults and their families on a fee-for-service basis throughout the southeast United States. (AL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN)
